Cottage cheese buns
Description
I've thoroughly described and demonstrated how to bake cottage cheese buns. Working with yeast dough is certainly not easy, but I believe you'll manage. Don't you want to treat your family? Cottage cheese buns are a perfect idea for that. They're especially delicious fresh out of the oven, served hot with a fragrant cup of tea.
Instructions

Step 1

Mix the yeast with milk and 1 tablespoon of sugar. Set aside to rise until a cap forms. In a large bowl, sift the flour, add salt, milk, eggs, sugar, starter, vanilla, and melted butter. Knead until you get a soft dough. Cover with plastic wrap and let rise in a warm place until doubled in volume. Once the dough has risen, roll it out into a flat sheet.

Step 2

Prepare the filling for buns. To do this, mix the cottage cheese with sugar, eggs, and vanilla sugar. If the mixture turns out too runny, add some starch.

Step 3

Cut the dough into rectangles. Make cuts on the edges. Place cottage cheese in the center.
- 4
Step 4

Roll up the dough, pulling one end through the hole.

Step 5

Wrap the second edge as shown in the photo. Now place the buns on a greased baking sheet, brush the tops with egg yolk, sprinkle lightly with sugar, let rise for 15 minutes, then bake in the oven at 180 degrees for about 20 minutes. The cottage cheese buns are ready!
