Sweet buns with sugar
Description
Perfectly pairs with tea and coffee. A "plyushka" is a sweet bun sprinkled with sugar on the inside and on top. It is baked according to a simple recipe in the shape of a butterfly and enjoyed with tea, dairy products, juices, compotes, etc. I'll explain how to make sugar plyushki. Serve cooled or slightly warm.
Instructions

Step 1

1. Take warm milk, yeast, salt, vanilla sugar, regular sugar, butter, and flour.

Step 2

2. Prepare the sponge, then sift the flour into it to allow it to absorb oxygen.

Step 3

3. Knead an elastic and soft dough and let it rise in a warm place until tripled in volume. This usually takes up to 50 minutes. After that, cut off pieces of dough one at a time and roll them out.

Step 4

4. First, roll out the dough, brush it with egg, and sprinkle with sugar.

Step 5

5. After that, roll it into the shape shown in the photo and make a cut in the center.
- 6
Step 6

6. Shape the bun by rolling it up.
- 7
Step 7

7. I made small-sized sweet buns using the classic recipe. I ended up with a lot of them on the baking sheet.
- 8
Step 8

8. Before baking, brush the buns again on top with egg and sprinkle with sugar. Be sure to let them rest for about 25 minutes before putting them into the oven. Bake the buns for about 35 minutes at 170 degrees.
