Pampushki on the stovetop
Description
The baking is simple and quick. I used store-bought yeast dough because I really wanted to make these as fast as possible. This same dough can be used to make buns, belyashi, or chebureki. My buns also have a banana filling, but you can add chocolate or any other filling.
Instructions
- 1
Step 1
The dough is already thawed, so place it on a floured board or countertop, then roll it into a thick sausage shape.
- 2
Step 2
Cut the sausage into small pieces and roll each piece into a circle. Peel the banana and cut it into pieces.
- 3
Step 3
Place several banana slices on one side of the circle, sprinkle them with sugar, and fold the dough over them.
- 4
Step 4
Seal all sides well together so the filling doesn't leak out during frying, and make small cuts on the surface for decoration.
- 5
Step 5
Heat a skillet with vegetable oil and place the buns in it. Fry each side until golden brown over medium or low heat.
- 6
Step 6
First, place the buns on a paper towel, and then transfer them to a plate.
