Instructions
- 1
Step 1

Ingredients needed to make buns: flour, milk, sugar, vanilla sugar, salt, butter, sunflower oil, dry yeast.
- 2
Step 2

Slightly warm the milk, add 100 grams of sugar and yeast to it.
- 3
Step 3

Leave the mixture for 10 minutes until the yeast starts to "work".
- 4
Step 4

Sift the flour.
- 5
Step 5

Then mix the flour, milk with yeast, vanilla sugar and salt, half of the softened butter and vegetable oil.
- 6
Step 6

We knead the dough well, place it in a pot, cover with plastic wrap or a kitchen towel, and put it in a warm place.
- 7
Step 7

After 40-60 minutes, when the dough has risen, we take it out of the pot.
- 8
Step 8

Sprinkle our work surface with flour, place the dough on it, cut it into equal pieces, from which we will make buns.
- 9
Step 9

Roll out the pieces. If you like your buns to have many layers, roll the dough thinner. Brush the rolled dough with butter and sprinkle with sugar.
- 10
Step 10

Then roll the dough into a tube with the sugared side inside, and join the ends together.
- 11
Step 11

Turn the roll on its side and cut two-thirds of the piece with a knife.
- 12
Step 12

Unfold the future bun "like a flower."
- 13
Step 13

Place all the pieces on a greased baking sheet. Brush the buns with egg and let them rest for about 20-30 minutes, allowing the dough to rise.
- 14
Step 14

Place the baking sheet in a preheated oven at 180 degrees. Bake the buns for about 30 minutes, until golden brown.
- 15
Step 15

Remove the baking sheet from the oven and immediately, before the buns cool down and stick to it, transfer them to a plate or basket.
