Instructions
- 1
Step 1

Boil the eggs hard and chop finely.
- 2
Step 2

Also cut the crab sticks as finely as possible.
- 3
Step 3

Wash the herbs, pat dry with a towel to remove excess moisture, and chop finely.
- 4
Step 4

Place all prepared ingredients in a common bowl. Peel the garlic and mince it through a garlic press, and add it there as well. Season with salt and pepper and mix well well.
- 5
Step 5

Now add the mayonnaise to bind all the filling ingredients together. You don’t need much mayonnaise—the filling should stay fairly thick. Mix well.
- 6
Step 6

Toast the sesame seeds in a dry pan until golden. Don't forget to stir the sesame while toasting.
- 7
Step 7

Take a slice of processed cheese and open the packaging, but do not remove the cheese from it. Keeping the packaging on will make it easier to wrap the cheese around the filling.
- 8
Step 8

Place a little filling on the cheese slice and spread it over two-thirds of the slice’s surface.
- 9
Step 9

Roll up the cheese slice with the filling. Lightly press the end without filling so the cheese tube does not open. Fill the remaining cheese slices the same way.
- 10
Step 10

Grease all filled tubes with mayonnaise.
- 11
Step 11

And roll in toasted sesame. That's it, the appetizer is ready!
