Platsyndy with cottage cheese and herbs
Description
It will be perfect with tea and coffee. Platsints are a simple and tasty dish that will delight your loved ones. They are good with any first course instead of bread, as well as with tea or coffee. In addition to parsley you can use dill and green onion. The cottage cheese can be of any fat content; mine is 5%. The given amount of ingredients yields six flatbreads. They can easily feed a family of four to five people. The baking is ready. Serve at the table.

- 5
Step 5

- 7
Step 7

Add chopped parsley and season with a little salt.
- 8
Step 8

Mix the cottage cheese with parsley.
- 9
Step 9

Divide the dough into six equal parts. Roll each part into a circle.
- 10
Step 10

Spread the filling onto the round.
- 11
Step 11

Join the edges of the circle at the top and seal them, forming a pouch.
- 12
Step 12

Turn the pouch seam side down and roll it out into a flatbread so that the dough does not tear anywhere.
- 13
Step 13

Pour two tablespoons of oil onto a hot pan and place the flatbread seam side down. Fry until golden brown over a heat lower than medium. Then flip to the other side, cover the pan with a lid, and fry until golden brown as well.
- 14
Step 14

Place the ready flatbreads directly onto a paper towel, and then onto a plate. Pour sunflower oil, 2 tablespoons, after every two flatbreads.
- 15
Step 15

Placki with cottage cheese and herbs are ready.
