
Placindas with cottage cheese

In a bowl, thoroughly mix sugar, eggs, salt, vinegar, kefir, and oil.

Add the flour in portions and knead a soft dough.

Leave the dough covered with a towel at room temperature for 30 minutes.

Then divide into 3 equal parts. Roll each part into a thin layer with a rolling pin. Brush the surface with soft margarine.

Roll the dough onto the rolling pin. Do each piece of dough separately.

Cut the dough along the rolling pin. Remove the rectangle from the top. Divide it into 2 squares. Stack one on top of the other and fold in half. Repeat the same with the remaining dough, creating layered pastry. Leave it in the refrigerator for 3 hours.

Meanwhile, prepare the filling. Grate the cheese on a coarse grater, then mix it with finely chopped herbs and cottage cheese.

Roll out the prepared dough into a thin rectangle. Place the filling in the center.

Then place one side of the dough over the other. Pinch the edges together, pressing one over the other.

Cut the product into 10 equal squares. Place them on a greased baking sheet.

Bake the placindas in the oven at 210 degrees for 20 minutes.
