Placindas with cabbage
Description
Perfect with tea and coffee. Plăcinte with cabbage — very tasty Moldovan pastries, which I first tried ages ago in a student dormitory. They were made with sauerkraut, and I still remember how delicious they were (maybe I was just very hungry?) :)) I found a simple recipe for plăcinte online (though with a different filling), tried it, and it turned out really delicious. With the specified amount of ingredients, you'll make 8 pastries. Two pieces make one serving. It's quite filling, and if served with a little broth, it makes a complete meal! Good luck with cooking! Serve cooled down or slightly warm.
