
Placindas from lavash
Description
It’s very easy to fry placinte from lavash — you end up with a hot snack for the whole family. They’re nice cold, too. For the filling, use good cottage cheese and fresh greens. Serve with tea or coffee.

Prepare all ingredients.

Place the cottage cheese in a bowl and crack in a chicken egg.

Mix the filling, add salt and black pepper to taste.

Add the finely chopped herbs to the cottage cheese and mix—the filling is ready.

Cut the lavash into rectangles measuring approximately 12 × 17 cm.

Place 1.5–2 tablespoons of cottage cheese filling in the center of each lavash.

Fold the lavash envelope-style; you’ll get placinda like these.

Heat the oil in a frying pan, use medium heat, add the placinte, and fry for 4–5 minutes on each side.

Serve hot placindas at the table.
