Description

The recipe won't take much time. Placindas can be made from yeast, flaky, or stretched dough. The filling is placed in the center of the flatbread, and the edges are pinched together either side by side or overlapping.     Sift the flour, add the egg, warm water, and 2 tablespoons of oil, then knead the dough. Cover it with a bowl and let it rest. Mix the cottage cheese with chopped herbs and season with salt to taste.
