
Beer sauce for meat
Description
Minimal ingredients — excellent result. This sauce will definitely appeal to men, especially if served with a large piece of roasted fatty meat or with shashlik. Beer sauce can be made with any type of beer in just 8–10 minutes, and can be served either hot or cold—according to your preference. Serve chilled or at room temperature.

Prepare the listed ingredients. Peel the onion and rinse it in water.

Finely dice the onion and sauté in vegetable oil for about 3-4 minutes until golden brown.

Add the wheat flour. At this point, you can optionally add any spices or seasonings to your taste. Add salt and ground black pepper.

Pour in the dark beer and whisk thoroughly. Reduce the heat to medium and simmer the sauce for about 2–3 minutes, stirring constantly with a whisk.

After the specified time, the sauce will thicken. But do not let it thicken too much, as it will become even thicker once cooled! Turn off the heat.

Transfer the sauce to a sauce boat or bowl, ramekin. Serve hot or chilled, as desired.
