Instructions
- 1
Step 1

Prepare the listed ingredients. Purchase pork with streaks of fat: belly, shoulder, etc.
- 2
Step 2

Rinse the pork, pat dry with paper towels, and remove the sinew and membranes. Grind it together with half a peeled onion through a meat grinder fitted with the fine-hole attachment.
- 3
Step 3

Add the spices and seasonings, peel the garlic cloves and press them into a bowl. Mix the ground meat thoroughly and let it rest for at least 1 hour so it absorbs the aromas and flavors of the spices.

Step 4

Place the mince in a piping bag and pipe thin sausages onto parchment paper laid on a baking sheet. Preheat the oven to 80°C and place the baking sheet on the middle rack. Leave the oven door slightly ajar and dry the sausages for 2–3 hours. Then let them cool for one hour and dry them again for 2–3 hours.
- 5
Step 5

Gently remove the sausages from the parchment paper and place them on a board or plate.
- 6
Step 6

Serve the beer snacks chilled at the table with a glass of frothy beer. Enjoy your meal!
