Pumpkin and broccoli puree
Description
Broccoli and pumpkin puree turns out tender, slightly sweet, and with a distinct aroma. If your family isn't particularly used to the smell of broccoli, use a little less broccoli than pumpkin. Also, to make pumpkin and broccoli puree, you can add some chicken fillet or salmon, as desired. This will make the puree more filling and nutritious. I decided to add salmon.
Instructions

Step 1

Wash the broccoli and chop it finely; cut the pumpkin and salmon into cubes.

Step 2

In a deep saucepan, pour olive oil, add broccoli, pumpkin, and salmon. Sauté for a couple of minutes until the ingredients are lightly browned. Then add milk and cook for about 15–20 minutes (maybe less), until the salmon is cooked through and the vegetables are tender.

Step 3

Then blend the boiled vegetables and salmon in a blender (include the milk in the puree). Add spices to taste, grated cheese, and lemon juice if desired.

Step 4

You can make the finished broccoli and pumpkin purée thinner by adding a little more milk. Serve with homemade croutons.
