Celery puree
Description
The dish is prepared without unnecessary complications. Celery puree is just as tasty as potato puree, even surpassing it in flavor. However, if you make puree using only celery, it turns out quite specific, so I also add a bit of potato. This celery side dish goes perfectly with fish and meat dishes. The finished dish can now be served.
