Description

Delicious baked treats for the whole family. This choux pastry recipe yields excellent light pastries that can be filled with cream. You can place the dough onto a baking sheet using spoons or a piping bag—whichever is more convenient for you. It's best to prepare a custard cream and fill the eclairs using a piping bag, making small holes in the pastry shells beforehand. Be sure to prepare icing or melt some chocolate to decorate the finished pastries. Serve them cooled or slightly warm.

    1. Prepare the dough: mix water with butter and salt, bring to a boil. Immediately add a cup of flour and, stirring constantly, cook for another 1-2 minutes.

    2. The mixture should be smooth and uniform. Let the dough cool slightly, then add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and place small dough balls on it, leaving a little space between each.

    3. Bake the pastries in a preheated oven at 200 degrees Celsius for 20 minutes, then reduce the temperature to 160 degrees and continue baking for another 10 minutes. Let the pastries cool down.
