
Pastries with chocolate-cream glaze
Description
The recipe won't take much time. Treat yourself and your friends to tender pastries with chocolate-cream frosting. Peanut butter makes the dough very soft and aromatic. The dough is prepared without adding eggs. Serve warm or chilled. Perfect with tea.

1. Preheat the oven to 175 degrees. Grease a square baking pan or line it with parchment paper. Mix together peanut butter, light brown sugar, sugar, vanilla, and butter until light caramel in color.

2. Add flour, salt, baking powder, and baking soda. Mix well until smooth. Transfer the prepared batter into a baking pan. Place in the preheated oven and bake for 20–25 minutes. Let cool completely in the pan.

3. While the pie is cooling, prepare the glaze. Break the chocolate into small pieces and place in a small bowl. Heat the cream in a saucepan until boiling, then immediately remove from heat. Pour the hot cream over the chocolate pieces. Let the chocolate melt, then gently stir until smooth.

4. Let the glaze stand for 5 minutes until it thickens slightly. Pour the glaze over the prepared dough. Refrigerate to set the glaze. Cut into squares and serve.
