Description
The recipe won't take much time. Your kids will be delighted with this treat. And most importantly, they will gladly participate in making it. The recipe for stick pastries is very simple. But it can be made even easier—instead of baking the pastry base yourself, use sponge or shortbread cookies. Instead of condensed milk, you can use any cream, the main thing is to get a tasty mixture that will hold well on a stick. I'll share my recipe with you, and I think you'll decide for yourself how to make stick pastries even more delicious for your child. Good luck! The baked goods are ready. Serve them at the table.
Instructions
- 1
Step 1

Place the melted butter, eggs, sugar, flour, and baking powder into a bowl.
- 2
Step 2

Using a mixer, knead the dough.
- 3
Step 3

Pour the batter into any baking dish and bake in an oven preheated to 180 degrees. Baking time is 30-40 minutes.
- 4
Step 4

Once our baked goods have cooled, break them into pieces. You can add crumbled wafers. Add condensed milk and mix well.
- 5
Step 5

You should end up with a sweet mixture that's easy to shape into balls. The size of the balls should be about that of a walnut. Larger balls won't stay on the stick. Place the balls in the freezer for about 15–20 minutes.
- 6
Step 6

Melt the chocolate in a double boiler. You can melt white and dark chocolate separately in different bowls. Take out the frozen cake balls from the freezer. Dip a wooden skewer into the chocolate and insert it into a ball.

Step 7

When all the balls have sticks, we start dipping them in chocolate :) Begin with the ball you first inserted the stick into. Dip the ball in chocolate, gently shake off the excess, then roll it in colorful sprinkles, coconut flakes, crushed wafers—whatever you like :) Let the decorated treats dry. You can stick the treats into a piece of foam, or place them in small cups. The main thing is to ensure the ball-shaped pastries don't touch each other.
