Description

1. Pour milk into a saucepan, place over heat, then add sugar, milk chocolate, and cocoa (1 tablespoon), bring to a boil while stirring with a whisk.

2. As soon as it boils, I add softened butter and vigorously whisk until completely dissolved.

3. Crush vanilla crackers into crumbs (using a blender or a rolling pin). Remove the milk-chocolate mixture from heat, let it cool slightly, then add the crushed crackers to it.

4. I chop the nuts with a knife or process them in a blender, but not into flour— we need them in small pieces. I add them to the main mixture and mix everything thoroughly.

5. Shape the mixture into pastries, refrigerate for 2 hours, and dust with cocoa powder before serving.
