Pastries from puff pastry
Description
Perfect with tea and coffee. Everyone's favorite puff pastry desserts, a taste many have known since childhood. In this recipe, I use a butter cream instead of a protein-based one. Highly recommended to try. Serve warm or chilled. Ideal with tea.
Instructions

Step 1

1. When you have ready-made puff pastry on hand, making these pastries becomes even easier and quicker. First, let the pastry thaw slightly, then roll out each sheet to a thickness of no more than 0.5 cm.
- 2
Step 2

2. Cut long strips no wider than 4 cm. Special molds are definitely required to prepare this treat. These are metal cone-shaped blanks used in the production of confectionery items, including such tubes. You can also make them from foil.

Step 3

3. With this amount of ingredients, I get 13-14 rolls. Each nozzle-shaped base should be wrapped with an overlapping strip of puff pastry.

Step 4

4. Place our preparations in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 20 minutes. After baking, let the preparations cool down, and in the meantime, prepare the cream.

Step 5

5. Take the butter and beat it with a mixer.

Step 6

6. Add the condensed milk and continue beating until smooth. Usually, these rolls are made with a protein cream, but this cream is also very delicious. I recommend giving it a try.

Step 7

7. Whip the cream for a total of 5-7 minutes. Then use it to fill our cream horns, preferably using a pastry bag.

Step 8

8. Finally, dust the pastries with powdered sugar and serve!
