Description

Perfectly pairs with tea and coffee. I use carrot juice to color the pastries. If you want a more intense color, buy food coloring. Take the butter out of the refrigerator in advance—it should be soft. Any greens will also come in handy for final decoration! Now, check out my recipe.

Knead a soft dough and let it rest for about 10 minutes.

  6. 6

    Step 6

    Step 6

Divide the dough into 40 pieces. Roll the pieces into balls. Place them on baking paper, spaced apart from each other. Gently press down to form hemispheres. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.

  7. 7

Bake until golden brown. Each batch may take about 15 minutes. Remove, let the halves cool.

  8. 8

    Step 8

    Step 8

The condensed milk should be cold, straight from the refrigerator. Spread the condensed milk on the "apricot" halves and stick them together, choosing halves of approximately the same size. Dip each pastry first into carrot juice or food coloring, then roll in sugar.

    Step 9

    Step 9

The final touch: insert a leaf of greens into each pastry. Done! Now wrap the pastries in plastic wrap and let them rest for 2 hours. After that, serve them confidently! Enjoy!
