Let's start preparing the biscuit dessert with condensed milk by making the base, that is, the biscuit. To do this, beat eggs with sugar in a separate container until fluffy, then gently add flour and bake in the oven at 180 degrees for 30 minutes.

Remove the finished sponge cake from the oven and let it cool, then let it rest for 3–6 hours. Slice the cooled sponge cake in half to make two layers, and use the edges for sprinkles.

Spread each biscuit layer with condensed milk and assemble the dessert. Lightly coat the top with condensed milk and sprinkle with biscuit crumbs. Cut into individual portions. The condensed milk dessert is ready.
