Pastry with boiled condensed milk
Description
For me, a pastry with boiled condensed milk is the taste of my childhood. My grandmother used to spoil me with similar pastries when I was little. Now I’ve grown up, and despite how incredibly high in calories this pastry is, I still make it for myself from time to time using my grandmother’s recipe :) You should try it too! The hardest part is stopping once you’ve started eating :) Serve cooled or slightly warm.
Instructions
- 1
Step 1

So, to avoid any confusion, I’m showing all our ingredients right away.
- 2
Step 2

Take a bowl and add salt and sour cream.
- 3
Step 3

Neutralize the baking soda with vinegar and add it to the bowl as well.
- 4
Step 4

Add the flour, vanilla sugar, and cinnamon. Mix thoroughly with a mixer.
- 5
Step 5

Add the margarine cut into cubes and continue kneading the dough.
- 6
Step 6

Thoroughly mixing all the ingredients, place the mixture on a floured work surface and knead the dough. Divide the resulting dough into 3 equal parts and roll each into a ball. Put the balls in the freezer for 20–25 minutes.
- 7
Step 7

Then roll the dough ball into a sheet, transfer it to a baking sheet, prick it in several places with a fork, and bake in an oven preheated to 175 degrees for 20–25 minutes.
- 8
Step 8

Spread each baked layer right away with condensed milk (one third of a can per layer). Do the same with the remaining layers. Assemble a three-layer cake.
- 9
Step 9

Shape the cake into an even rectangle by trimming the edges. Crumble the trimmings and sprinkle them over our pastry. Put the finished pastry in the refrigerator for a couple of hours, or preferably overnight, after which it will be ready to serve.

Step 10

The baked goods are ready. Serve with tea.
