    Place the flour, baking powder, salt, powdered sugar (70 grams), and cold butter cut into cubes (90 grams) in the mixer bowl. Process everything until you have fine crumbs.

    Beat the egg into the dough and mix. Do not knead the dough for long, or it will overheat.

    Roll the dough into a thin sheet (3–4 mm) between two sheets of parchment paper. Chill in the refrigerator for 2 hours to set.

    Cut circles out of the dough and place them in the molds. To make the finished tart shells easy to remove, grease the molds with butter and dust them lightly with flour.
