Description
The dessert is simple and quick to prepare. You can crush the cookies into very fine crumbs if you prefer, resulting in a softer and more uniform texture. But I personally enjoy the crunchy, larger cookie pieces—they look more attractive when sliced. Serve warm or chilled. Perfect with tea.
Instructions
- 1
Step 1
The cookies need to be crushed into coarse crumbs. I do this by hand, without using a blender.
- 2
Step 2
In a saucepan, heat the milk with the cream. When hot, add the butter and dissolve it completely, then pour in the vanilla essence.
- 3
Step 3
Now add the sugar, turn off the heat, and stir the mixture until the sugar dissolves. The final step is cocoa. Add it and mix everything until smooth.

Step 4
Pour the milk mixture over the cookies and mix well. Transfer the mixture into a cellophane bag and shape it into a sausage.

Step 5
Place the dessert in the freezer for several hours, then remove the cellophane, slice, and serve.
