Dessert with cookies and condensed milk

60 min4 serv.21 февр. 2026 г.

Description

Homemade treats for tea. This recipe is great because, first of all, you don't need to bake them. And secondly, you don't have to dip them in cocoa—it's inside and outside at the same time. Also, I don't like when people make such desserts using breadcrumbs. The result turns out moist and sticky, while cookies give a dense yet crumbly texture, making them easy to bite. So go ahead and try it, compare the results—maybe you'll like this version even more?

    1. Prepare the ingredients.

    2. Grate the cookies finely on a fine vegetable grater or grind through a meat grinder. I prefer grating, as it results in a fine, lump-free consistency. If you're afraid of injuring your hand, wear a medical glove on the working hand for protection.

    Step 3

    3. Add cocoa to the dough, mix thoroughly with a spoon.

  4. 4

    4. Add all the remaining ingredients and mix thoroughly by hand; the mixture should be quite dense. If it seems too dry, you can add some jam syrup, but make sure it's without berries.

    5. Now let's remember childhood and play making little cakes. From the entire mixture, roll small balls of approximately the same size. Place some of them on a nice plate, and put the rest into a box (preferably with a lid, so they don't dry out). Make a small indentation in the center of each ball with your finger, and place a cherry in each dimple. Hooray, the pastries are ready! You can now enjoy eating them!
