Cocoa powder dessert
Description
Homemade treats for tea. The pastries turn out very sweet, perfect for those with a sweet tooth. If you prefer less sweetness, place the pastries in the refrigerator overnight; by morning their flavor will mellow, and the cocoa will be less sweet.
Instructions
- 1
Step 1

First, prepare the cookies by crumbling them by hand or with a mortar. Alternatively, you can use a meat grinder, which is much more convenient and faster.
- 2
Step 2

In a small bowl, mix the condensed milk, half of the required cocoa, and the butter. Stir thoroughly with a spoon until a chocolate paste forms.
- 3
Step 3

Add the cookies to the bowl with the chocolate mixture. Mix until uniform.
- 4
Step 4

First, stir with a spoon, but once the dough thickens, it will become impossible to mix with a spoon. Use your hands to mix until the cookie lumps disappear.
- 5
Step 5

Separate small pieces from the dough and shape them into pastries. Pour the second part of the cocoa onto the work surface and roll the pastries in it.
- 6
Step 6

Chop the nuts not too finely; they need to be pressed into our pastries.
- 7
Step 7

Place the prepared pastries on a small dish or tray and refrigerate for 2 hours. After that, the pastries are ready to serve. You can wrap the pastries in parchment paper to prevent them from sticking together.
