Dessert without butter and condensed milk
Description
Perfectly pairs with tea and coffee. When shaping the pastries yourself, take your time and carefully form each piece of dough into a neat ball. While still warm, the dough is easily damaged; once chilled in the refrigerator, it will harden and make the pastries convenient to eat. Serve with tea or coffee.
Instructions

Step 1

First, gently heat the milk in a small saucepan over low heat. This will take 3 to 5 minutes.

Step 2

Then break the cookies into pieces—preferably in a cellophane bag. Crush them into fine crumbs; a blender works perfectly for this. In a separate bowl, mix the cookie crumbs with cocoa powder. Stir gently until well combined.

Step 3

Add warm milk to a bowl with cookies and cocoa powder. Mix everything into a homogeneous mass. Take a small amount of the resulting dough in your hand and roll it into a ball.

Step 4

Separating the dough into approximately equal portions, shape them into balls. Do this with all the dough, place the balls on a flat tray or baking sheet, and refrigerate for a couple of hours. Once the pastries have chilled, they can be removed and served. Enjoy!
