Instructions
- 1
Step 1

Prepare the ingredients.
- 2
Step 2

Carefully separate the egg whites into a clean, dry bowl for beating, making sure no trace of yolk gets into the whites. First, beat the whites until soft, fluffy foam forms. Then gradually add the sugar in parts, continuing to beat until stiff peaks form, and pour in 1 teaspoon of lemon juice.

Step 3

Transfer the egg white mixture into a piping bag and pipe meringue onto parchment paper. You will need 2 baking sheets lined with parchment paper or silicone mats. Bake for 2-3 hours at 80°C. This is less baking and more drying. The finished meringue should lift off the baking sheet easily, leaving no residue.

Step 4

In principle, ready-made meringue is already a "French kiss" dessert, but you can take it a step further to make this dessert truly a "kiss" by preparing a chocolate cream for it.
- 5
Step 5

To prepare chocolate cream, you will need 50 grams of softened butter, 30 grams of chocolate, 1 teaspoon of powdered sugar, and vanilla to taste.
- 6
Step 6

Add the melted chocolate to the softened butter. Melt the chocolate using a double boiler or in the microwave in short 10-15 second bursts. Add 1 teaspoon of powdered sugar and mix until smooth.
- 7
Step 7

Attach the meringue halves with chocolate cream, then place in the refrigerator to set the cream.

Step 8

The result is an elegant, light, and delicious mini-dessert called "French Kiss." It will beautifully decorate any festive or buffet table.
