Blackcurrant buns baked in the oven
Description
The recipe won't take much time. 1. Slightly warm the water and add a couple of spoons of sugar. Add the yeast and dissolve. 2. Add flour to achieve a thicker consistency, then set aside for 15 minutes until bubbles start to appear. 3. Then add the remaining sugar, a pinch of salt, and pour in the kefir. 4. Separately beat the eggs and add them to the dough as well. 5. Gradually add sifted flour in small portions until the dough no longer sticks to your hands. It's important not to overdo the flour when making blackcurrant buns in the oven, otherwise the dough will become too stiff. 6. Cover the dough with a towel and let it rise in a warm place for an hour to an hour and a half. 7. The filling is quite simple—either fresh or frozen berries can be used. Depending on your taste preferences, you can add sugar to the filling or use berries alone. 8. Pinch off a small piece of dough, flatten it into a round, place berries in the center, and carefully pinch the edges closed. 9. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or grease it with oil. Place the buns on it and bake in a preheated oven for 25–35 minutes (depending on size). 10. Once the blackcurrant buns are ready, you can brush them with sugar syrup to make them look more appetizing. After slightly cooling, they are ready to taste.
