Description

The baking is simple and quick. Apple pastries made with cottage cheese dough turn out not only sweet but also incredibly tender. For making sweet pastries, I use tart-sweet apples and mix them with raisins—this combination enhances the flavor and adds a pleasant tang. See the recipe below.

    Mash the cottage cheese with a fork.

    We kneaded the dough; it should not stick to the hands. Set it aside. Soaked the raisins in water for 10 minutes.
