
Pies with oyster mushrooms
Description
Perfectly pairs with tea and coffee. Mushroom-filled buns can be served with broth for dinner or even lunch. Convenient to take to work or outdoors. Store these buns for no more than three days. Serve warm or chilled. Ideal with tea.

1. Prepare all the ingredients. Peel the onion and garlic, wash the herbs.

2. Slightly warm the milk or water and dissolve the yeast in it.

3. Sift 400 g of flour into another bowl and make a hole in the center. Add the yeast in water (or milk), a spoonful of sugar, and crack in an egg.

4. Mix, form into a ball, and leave in a warm place for two hours. The dough should rise.

5. While the dough is rising, prepare the filling for the buns. Cut the oyster mushrooms and onion into small cubes. Fry them in a pan with oil over medium heat, stirring, for 15-20 minutes.

6. Cook the rice in salted water until done. In a bowl, mix the marinated oyster mushrooms with onions, rice, garlic pressed through a garlic press, chopped parsley, salt, and pepper.

8. Add 150-200 g of flour to the dough and knead. Divide the dough into 8 parts and roll each part out thinly.
