Cottage cheese pancakes on the pan
Description
Perfectly pairs with tea and coffee. Cottage cheese pies cooked in a pan are an excellent quick baking option. You can also use yeast dough, although this will increase the preparation time. You can use any herbs you like—parsley, cilantro, dill, or whatever you have in your fridge. The baked goods are ready. Serve at the table.

Step 1

1. First, you need to thaw the dough. After that, the recipe for making fried cheese-filled buns will take less than half an hour. In a deep bowl, combine the cottage cheese with washed, finely chopped herbs and mix thoroughly. If desired, you can add a pinch of salt.

2. When the dough has become soft, place it on a floured surface. Roll the dough out thinly with a rolling pin, being careful not to make holes. Leaving a small border from the edge, add the filling.

Step 3

3. Now you can roll the dough into a tight roll. With each new layer, press the dough with your hands to avoid large gaps.

Step 4

4. Now it's time to cut the large roll into portion-sized pieces. They can be any size, but it's better not to make them too large so they fit comfortably in the pan.

Step 5

5. Pour vegetable oil (you can optionally substitute with butter) into a frying pan and heat it thoroughly. Place the buns in the pan and fry over medium heat until golden brown on both sides. Such cottage cheese buns fry in a pan at home for no more than 5 minutes. Then transfer them to a paper towel to absorb excess oil. Serve hot, although they are also very delicious when cold.
