Homemade baked goods for tea. The classic recipe calls for meat, greens, or boiled egg, but I want to offer you a cool alternative. Serve cooled or slightly warm.

    2. Sift the flour with salt into a deep bowl. Pour the yeast with milk into the center and let it sit for about 15 minutes.

    3. The yeast has started to "work," so you can now add the egg and vegetable oil to the dough.

    5. Shape the dough into a ball, cover with a clean towel, and let it rise in a warm place for about an hour to an hour and a half. Meanwhile, cook the rice in salted water until done.
