Pies with jam baked in the oven
Description
Perfectly pairs with tea and coffee. I'll share with you a classic recipe for baking jam-filled buns in the oven. You can use any jam you have on hand. I used strawberry jam because I love strawberries very much. Any other jam also works well as a filling. Below is a simple step-by-step recipe for baking strawberry buns in the oven. Serve warm or chilled. Ideal with tea.
Instructions
- 1
Step 1

Melt the margarine in a saucepan, then add the milk and warm it. Add the yeast and dissolve it in the milk. Then add sugar, a pinch of salt, and vanilla sugar.
- 2
Step 2

When everything has dissolved, add the flour and knead the dough. When the dough no longer sticks to your hands, it's ready. Grease the walls of the pot with vegetable oil.
- 3
Step 3

Cover the dough with a towel and place in a warm spot for 2 hours. Then turn out onto a floured surface.
- 4
Step 4

Divide the dough into small balls.
- 5
Step 5

Form a flat patty from each of these balls. Place the filling not in the center, but slightly off to one side.
- 6
Step 6

Fold the flatbread in half and press firmly. Bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees.

Step 7

The buns are ready! Sprinkle them with powdered sugar and quickly call everyone to taste!
