Pies with jam
Description
1. Let's prepare a quick and soft dough. Take a bowl for making the dough. Pour in milk, then add sugar, salt, vegetable oil, and yeast, mixing everything thoroughly. Sift in flour and add it to the mixture. Knead the dough, transfer it into a plastic bag, and place it in the refrigerator for 2 hours. To speed up the preparation, you can put the dough on ice for 15 minutes. 2. Knead the prepared dough, roll it into a log, and cut it into pieces. Roll each piece into a small flat disc—these will be used to make the buns. Place a spoonful of jam in the center of each disc, then seal the edges to form buns. 3. Take a baking tray and grease it with vegetable oil. Brush the buns arranged on the tray with beaten egg. Place the tray into a preheated oven at 200°C (392°F) and bake for 20–30 minutes, until golden brown. Remove the baked buns from the oven and serve them warm—they taste especially delicious when hot! The recipe for jam-filled buns is ready.
