Liver buns
Description
The recipe won't take much time. I often add potatoes to it as well, making the buns very filling. To make liver buns, we'll need beef liver and sour milk or kefir. I also recommend adding some herbs—the aroma will be simply delightful. Serve warm or chilled. Perfect with tea.

Step 2

When it rises, add the butter and egg, and mix everything well.

Step 3

Add the flour and knead the dough; let it sit for an hour to rise.
- 4

Boil the liver and potatoes. Finely chop everything and mix, then add herbs and spices.
- 5
Step 5

The dough was kneaded, divided into portions, and shaped into flatbreads.

Shape the buns. To do this, place the filling in the center of each flatbread.

Seal the edges well. Place on a baking sheet and brush with egg. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 20 minutes. Our liver buns are ready.
