Liver buns
Description
The recipe won't take much time. Of course, everyone loves homemade baked goods, but they're made quite rarely. Well, I suggest you don't be lazy, because now I'm going to tell you
Instructions
- 1
Step 1

Heat the water to 30-35 degrees, then add the dry yeast to it.
- 2
Step 2

Now pour in the vegetable oil and gradually add 7 cups of flour, mixing until smooth. For now, set it aside in a warm place.
- 3
Step 3

Meanwhile, let's prepare the filling. Finely chop the onion into small cubes and sauté in a pan until soft.
- 4
Step 4

Rinse the liver under water, add it to the onion, season with salt and pepper, and fry until cooked through.
- 5
Step 5

Now transfer the liver with the onion into a pot and blend using a blender.
- 6
Step 6

Add the cooked rice to this mixture, stir, and season with pepper and salt if necessary.
- 7
Step 7

By this time, our dough should have already doubled in size.
- 8
Step 8

Skip it and gradually incorporate the remaining 5 cups of flour. To prevent the dough from sticking to your hands, grease your hands with vegetable oil.
- 9
Step 9

When the dough is ready, divide it into equal parts (I got 30) and shape them into balls.
- 10
Step 10

Flatten each ball into a patty with your hands, place about 1.5–2 tablespoons of filling in the center, then bring the edges of the dough together to seal. Place the buns onto a greased baking sheet. Beat egg yolks in a bowl and brush them over the surface of the buns.
- 11
Step 11

Place them in a preheated oven at 200 degrees and bake for 15–20 minutes. Once the buns have cooled slightly, serve them.
