Meat-filled buns
Description
Perfect with tea and coffee. The pastries from this recipe can be made using either classic or rough puff pastry. You can use any type of meat for the filling; in this recipe, chicken fillet is used. This dish is traditional in Australia and New Zealand, while in our country, a similar dish is sausages in dough. You can decorate the meat pastries with sesame seeds, cumin, nigella seeds, or sunflower seeds. Don't forget to add breadcrumbs, as they help retain the juice from the filling during baking. Serve warm or cooled. Ideal with tea.
