Description

Delicious pastries for the whole family. This simple recipe for mozzarella-filled buns stands out with its unique filling. Plus, it uses tender puff pastry. These little buns are perfect to take to work, on a picnic, or serve with tea. 1. First, thaw the pastry. Then cut it into not-too-large rectangles. 2. Wash the spinach thoroughly and dry it. Blanch it with boiling water, then squeeze out the excess liquid and chop. You can also blend it in a food processor—there's no significant difference. 3. Grate the mozzarella. It's better not to grate it too finely; use a medium-sized grater. 4. Grate the Parmesan cheese as well. Here, you can use a finer grater. 5. Wash the basil, dry it slightly, and chop it. Choose your preferred chop size. 6. Combine all the filling ingredients in a bowl. Mix well, then season with salt and pepper. 7. Now prepare the oven and the baking tray for the buns. Preheat the oven to 220°C (428°F) and line the baking sheet with parchment paper. 8. Place the pastry rectangles onto the baking sheet. Put the filling in the center of each, then fold and seal the edges tightly. You can press the edges with a fork to seal. Brush the tops of the buns with water. 9. Bake in the oven for 15 minutes. Here's an interesting little recipe for you!
