Baked Raspberry Pastries
Description
In our fast-paced era, I bake raspberry buns in the oven using puff pastry. Quick and very delicious! Especially since I always have puff pastry in my freezer. So, to make raspberry buns in the oven, follow these steps: 1. Slightly thaw the puff pastry. 2. Sprinkle the table with flour and roll out thin layers. 3. Cut the pastry sheet into equal squares, approximately 15 by 15 centimeters. 4. Sort the raspberries, wash them, and dry thoroughly. 5. Place powdered sugar into a deep plate and roll the raspberries in it. 6. Put the filling in the center of each square. 7. Carefully seal the edges so the filling won't leak during baking. 8. Bake the buns at 180–200°C (356–392°F) for 17–20 minutes, until the pastry turns a beautiful golden color. Serve the raspberry buns immediately, either warm or cooled, with a rich fruit or berry compote. Perfect with tea.
