Pastries with lungs
Description
The recipe won't take much time. Here is a simple recipe for making patties from lungs. To make the filling juicy, do not overcook or over-fry the lungs. It's better if the lungs remain slightly undercooked and slightly under-fried, rather than the opposite. Serve hot. Good luck! Can be served with tea or coffee.
Instructions

Step 1

Cut the lungs into large pieces, removing all excess parts.

Step 2

Pour water into a large saucepan and bring to a boil. Add the lungs to the boiling water and cook for 5-7 minutes.

When the pieces of lungs change color, drain the contents into a colander and rinse under running water. Then pass through a meat grinder.
- 4
Step 4

Finely chop the onion and sauté in vegetable oil until translucent.
- 5
Step 5

Add the minced meat and cook for another 7-8 minutes. Salt and pepper to taste.
