
Pies with chicken liver
Description
The pastry is simple and quick to prepare. You can make chicken liver buns at home as a snack for outdoor trips or work. If desired, the filling can be nicely complemented with boiled rice or eggs with herbs.

1. Heat the water slightly (but do not bring to a boil) and dissolve the yeast.

3. When bubbles appear, add vegetable oil, salt, and more flour to form a soft dough.

4. Cover the dough with a clean towel and leave in a warm place for at least 1 hour. Meanwhile, you can prepare the filling. Rinse the liver under running water and drain in a colander.

5. Peel the onion and chop it into small cubes. Place in a frying pan with heated vegetable oil and sauté until translucent.

6. Place the liver in the skillet and fry until cooked through. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

7. To make chicken liver buns more tender at home, it's better to finely chop the filling in a blender or pass it through a meat grinder.
