
Chicken and mushroom buns
Description
The recipe won't take much time. These chicken and mushroom buns can be baked in the oven or fried in a pan. If desired, you can also add fresh herbs, aromatic herbs, or spices to the filling. Serve warm or chilled. Perfect with tea.

1. To make the dough perfect, it's better to activate the yeast separately. To do this, pour warm (not hot!) milk over the yeast and add sugar. Stir thoroughly and let it sit for some time.

2. Meanwhile, melt the butter and let it cool. When the yeast becomes active, add the sifted flour, butter, and a pinch of salt. Begin kneading to form an elastic and soft dough. How to make soft buns with chicken and mushrooms? It is important not to overwork the dough with flour. Once ready, cover the dough with a towel and place it in a warm spot for about 1 hour.

3. This time will be enough to prepare the filling. To do this, wash and dry the chicken, then cut the fillet into small pieces.

4. Pour a little vegetable oil into a frying pan and add the chicken. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Fry until cooked through.
