Pies with gooseberries
Description
Delicious baked goods for the whole family. These yeast pasties with gooseberry are appealing not only for their appetizing appearance, but also because they are made with choux (scalded) yeast dough. If you haven’t tried making choux yeast dough yet, be sure to do so, as the dough turns out fluffy, soft, and tender. A step-by-step recipe for these pasties will help you make them. This way you can make pasties not only with gooseberries, but also with any other berries or fruit.
