Pies with canned fish
Description
Homemade baked goods for tea. I always serve buns with canned fish with sour cream. The dough should be soft and not too thick; handle it with floured hands or on a table greased with sunflower oil. After kneading, place the dough in a warm spot, let it rise for an hour and a half, then punch it down, and after 2.5 hours it will be ready to shape. Of course, timing depends on the quality of the yeast. Properly risen dough will spring back when pressed, while over-fermented dough will retain an indentation. Good luck! Serve cooled or slightly warm.
