Knead the dough until it becomes soft. Prepare the filling separately. If it's just a puree, set it aside until the dough is ready.

Now take the dough, divide it into several parts. Roll it out on a board, add the filling, and wrap it with the dough. Carefully roll out the resulting turnover so that the dough doesn't tear and the filling doesn't show through.
