Potato-filled fried buns, pan-fried
Description
Homemade pastries for tea. The pastry dough is very easy and quick to make, and the best part is that it contains no yeast. You can use leftover mashed potatoes from yesterday (or cook a fresh batch). Just don't make the filling too runny, otherwise it will be very difficult to seal the edges. Enjoy the pastries hot, straight from the frying pan. Serve with tea or coffee.
