Description

Potato pies are familiar to many of us from childhood, but not everyone manages to make them at home, and store-bought ones are usually not very fresh and not very tasty. In fact, making delicious, not too greasy, tender fried potato pies is not very difficult—you just need a little culinary intuition and patience, and the pies will turn out wonderful. I hope this recipe with photos will help you in the cooking process. Good luck.

    Step 7

    Step 7

Place the finished pirozhki on paper towels to let the excess oil drain. That’s it — tasty and not too greasy potato pirozhki are ready :)
