Potato-filled buns
Description
Perfect with tea and coffee. These buns are a great option for a quick and filling snack, especially when paired with a hearty filling. In this recipe, the filling is mashed potatoes with dill: simple, yet very tasty ingredients. You can shape the buns any way you like, but for variety, I suggest a horseshoe shape. Be sure to sprinkle the buns with sesame seeds—they'll become much more attractive and appetizing. Serve cooled or slightly warm.
