Cabbage-filled buns
Description
Delicious baked treats for the whole family. Cabbage buns turn out very light, as the dough isn't overloaded with flour. I always use the technique of shaping the dough on a surface greased with vegetable oil. If you use flour, the dough will absorb excess flour. The cabbage filling can be prepared without carrots—simply use onion and cabbage, then add a raw egg at the end of frying and cook until done. Good luck! Serve cooled or slightly warm.
